各解剖结构亚区分割
目前在recon-all中进行亚区分割的指令已经deprecated
分别进行亚区分割的命令
Segmentation of hippocampal subfields and nuclei of the amygdala (cross-sectional and longitudinal)
Segmentation of thalamic nuclei
这三个单独运行的话需要matlab runtime，具体安装过程可以参考： FreeSurfer 7.4.1: error with matlab compiler runtime
但注意，需要安装在freesurfer/
以上三个整合为了： Subregion Segmentation (currently a BETA version)
要求freesurfer 7.3以上，且海马亚区分割不支持加入T2w。但个人在WSL使用后发现这个脚本不稳定。
以上三个还有一个用于提取各被试结果的脚本

但个人觉得作用不大
